Pisen Malaysia Return Policy:
Request for return must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Returned products are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee that will be deducted from the refund of your purchase price.
Returned products must be repackaged in the original container with all accessories, cords, adapters, and documentation.
Items purchased at outside of Pisen Malaysia are not eligible for any return or refund.
The goods must be in an 'as new' condition and returned in the ORIGINAL, undamaged packaging along with the accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity) and free gifts received with it.
Please note that you may be charged a 10% processing fee for non-defective returned items.
Pisen Malaysia reserves the right to alter this policy at any time.
Pisen registration receipt or other adequate proof of purchase must be presented to be eligible for product return.
The original receipt, gift receipt or packing slip is required for all returns and exchanges.
When will I be credited for merchandise I have returned?
Once your return has been received, Pisen Malaysia will perform a quality analysis of all returned merchandise which can take up to 7 business days. When completed, Pisen Malaysia will process your refund. Please note that it could take up to 7 business days for your refund to be posted to your account.
Do I still have to pay for return shipping if I want to exchange an item but the product I want is no longer available?
Yes, in this instance, you will be responsible for return shipping and handling charges.
The difference will not be returned if the price of the exchange item is lower than the original item.
Should I refuse to take delivery of my order if I intend to return it?
It is important that you accept delivery of your Pisen order as not doing so will tag the package as undeliverable, resulting in a 10% restocking fee assessed to the customer's account.
Faulty Product/Incorrect Product Delivered

Pisen will accept product returns and provide you with an exchange voucher, refund or repair where:
The product is faulty or is not of merchantable quality, or
The product is not fit for its intended purpose, or
The product does not match the sample or our description;
Please note, in the case of electrical and electronic products, Pisen may elect to return the product to the manufacturer's repair agent to determine the nature of the problem. If the product is determined to be faulty, not of merchantable quality, not fit for purpose or not matching a description or sample Pisen will offer a repair, exchange voucher or refund.
Where you seek a refund for any item that was purchased as part of a "deal/discount", Pisen may refund the price in accordance with deal eligibility. No refund will be given on free items and any refund amount may be recalculated if your return results in deal eligibility no longer being met.
Pisen will assess the condition and age of returned goods prior to offering a repair, exchange or refund.
Ultimately, Pisen reserves the right to deny any return or exchange.
